Who we are

Kundenbox GmbH in Gründung — a Swiss software company based in Kloten.

Why the company exists

The electrical trade records a great deal and reuses very little of it. The same detail appears on the order, on the Rapport, on the invoice and on the safety certificate — and is typed in afresh every time.

There is software for this, but it is rarely made for this trade. We founded a company to build one properly, instead of adapting a general one.

How we work

  • We build for one trade, not for everybody. What an electrical contractor does not need does not go in.
  • The data is held in Switzerland and the EU.
  • We say what the software does not do — and list it openly on the product site.
  • You reach us by telephone, and whoever answers knows the product.
