After every finished job, Kundenbox asks your customers how happy they were — and leads satisfied customers to your Google profile.
As soon as the invoice is paid or the final Rapport is signed, a short email with five stars goes to the customer after the number of days you choose. With open defects, a dunning letter or a request in the last twelve months Kundenbox does not ask at all, and anybody who would rather not be asked again opts out with one click.
A rating of 1 to 3 stars lands as private feedback in your inbox instead, so you can respond. How many requests, ratings and clicks to Google there were is shown in Controlling. Switch it on under Settings → Company.
