Kundenbox costs CHF 100 per seat per month. A seat is a login — office, Monteure and the Treuhänder at the same rate; apprentices with an apprenticeship contract on file are free. Every feature is included, and there are no tiers. Paid yearly, a seat costs CHF 1'020, which is 15% less.
Under Settings → Subscription you see how many seats your business uses and what that costs, and take out a monthly or yearly subscription. When someone joins or leaves, the number of seats adjusts by itself. Payment method, invoices and cancellation are managed in the same place.
If the trial ends without a subscription, nothing is lost: you can still view, export and print everything. Only new entries have to wait until a subscription is in place.
